You want to be drinking 100% juice. Most fruit "juices" are 10% juice. That means 90% sugar water. You don't want to be drinking that!
Yes all fruit is full of sugar, but there is a big difference between processed sugar (corn syrup) and natural sugars found in fruit. Your body processes fruit and the sugar is broken down and used correctly. It's processed sugar that the body turns into fat.
It is better to be drinking water or milk more often but if you are replacing soda with fruit juice, it is an excellent replacement to help you lose weight. Plus it does not have all the longterm problems as diet sodas do.
So everytime you pick up a juice, flip it to the side and see how much of that juice is really juice. Most that are 100% (like Juicy Juice and some Ocean Spray) will put that in a huge font across the front.

Hi dearie
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 months via a detox.
I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.
All fruit juices can help you slim down as long as you drink them in place of all the other sugary drinks.
If you are looking to lose weight by just changing your softdrink to a fruit juice, you are likely to see very little and very slow results.
Sometimes though, people say that fruit juice can help you slim down becuase they do a juicing therapy where they replace their meals with juices.
Juicing therapy however requires guidiance. You are not advised to do it on your own as it requires alot of preperation and planning as well. If not done properly, you will gain all the weight you have lost very quickly or may put on even more.
Anyway, you mgiht want to try a detox to lose weight. I have some with fruit juices ;) A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Hey just slow down and take a slow Diet. Plan to eat really good foods and walk 3miles a day after school. That should help you. And suck your belly in and keep it like that for all the time of your diet. you'll get use to it. It should tighten your muscles it your stomach area. Every day lay on the floor flat with legs put together. raise your legs up slowly, and slowly put them down. Do that about as much as you can a day. Then double it up after two days. Don't cheat! I got this advice from a pro. So just trust me you'll be able to loose enough weight in no time.

Grapefruit juice for the most part, but I'd recommend Diet Green Tea with Splenda and not sugar. I've tried both and the Diet Green Tea works wonders--you can get it at almost any grocery store. It speeds up your metabolism and burns fat naturally.
