OHYEA: I agree, as an American, and as Many Americans agree, we do not feel we should be in Iraq. We have 15K troops there, which isnt even 1% of our Total Military, but we def. Dont belong there... I want you to know that Americans dont hate you, or want to be there, we feel just like you do....Hopefully this matter will be over soon

ive nothing against islam, i hate terorist because of what they do, not because of their religion, im not that knowledgeable when it comes to islamic doctrines, so i cant say much of what i know nothing about, but if they do preach hate, and cruelty towards non muslim, then its an eye for an eye, for me anyone who treat people cruely and find pleasure on it, religious or whatever, deserves to be trearted the same way, i hate serial killers, i hate those public execution videos taht ive seen before, oppresion against women or anyone, yeah this is the rule that we should all follow, an eye for an eye, if anyone dont respect the value of the human life, teach them by threathening to end their own

Collateral damage, as our military calls it whenever civilians are killed by US forces. How about the many journalists killed by coalition and Iraqi forces. **** happens.
And the CIA does have agents planted as 'neutrals' so it is understandable if insurgents may be a bit paranoid about so called 'neutrals' from enemy nations. My father worked in the UN and met a CIA agent who would used to operate out of Asian countries in the guise of a Christian missionary.
They shouldn't be in a war zone if they can't pay the price.

For the Jihadists, it is a state of war against the West. They don't go after Iranian Jews, Lebanese or Iraqi Christians -- which ARE substantial minorities, who have lived in the mideast since Biblical times. So your Quran quotes are OUT OF CONTEXT, and apply to defensive wars. From the Jihadist world view (pre-Iraq war), the West (lead by the great Satan) is corrupting the Islamic holy lands with decadent liberal culture of the West. Most Muslims don't think this way; unfortunately the Iraq war can be easily framed by the Jihadists as a defensive war to resist the 'Great Satan' that Muslims are obligated by the Quran to help.

Probably the poster isn't mindful that Israel generally textual content messages all of the mobilephone telephones in goal places of Gaza to warn of approaching assaults. This is tremendously individual because it most likely loses the detail of shock and accordingly lowering the effectiveness of the assaults. During the incursion into Gaza,Israeli forces had been nonetheless beneath assault and compelled to go back hearth. The undeniable fact that civilians had been nonetheless gift within the fight zone tells us a lot more approximately the recklessness of Hamas than it does approximately Israel. Israel didn't deliberately kill any civilians and there is not any proof whatever to advocate that it did. Hamas do deliberately kill civilians and there's plentiful proof. Furthermore,if the arabs desire to preclude extra bloodhsed then they must chorus from firing rockets into Israel,Something that they've persevered in view that the ceasefire.

Firstly, I am a Muslim. These people who do these kinds of deeds are very far astray.
If you would like the true scholarly answer of what the rules of warfare are in Islamic Jurisprudence please visit the source I give you

Defending The Transgressed By
Censuring The Reckless Against The Killing Of Civilians
Fatwa Against The Targeting Of Civilians
The Target: Maqtûl
The proposition: "so it is acceptable for them to attack the non-Muslims in the west", where "non-Muslims" can be taken to mean, and indeed does mean in the document, non-combatants, civilians, or in the terminology of fiqh [jurisprudence]: those who are not engaged in direct combat [man la yuqâtilu].
This opinion violates a well known principal rule [dâbit] from our Law:
"la yajUzu qatlu nisA'ihim wa-la SibyAnihim idhA lam yuqAtilU"
[it is not permissible to kill their [i.e., the opponents'] women and children if they are not in direct combat.]
This is based on the Prophetic prohibition on soldiers from killing women and children, from the well known Hadith of Ibn 'Umar (may Allâh be pleased with them both!) related by Imams Malik, al-Shafi'i, Ahmad, al-Bukhari, Muslim, Ibn Majah, Abu Dawud, al-Tirmidhi, al-Bayhaqi and al-Baghawi (may Allâh be well pleased with them all!) and other Hadiths.
Imam al-Subki ( raDiy-Allahu-anhu.gif may Allâh be pleased with him!) made it unequivocally clear what scholars have understood from this prohibition in which the standard rule of engagement taken from it is that: "[a Muslim soldier] may not kill any women or any child-soldiers unless they are in combat directly, and they can only be killed in self-defence" [al-Nawawi, Majmû', 21:57].
It goes without saying that men and innocent bystanders who are not direct combatants are also included in this prohibition. The nature of this prohibition is so specific and well-defined that there can be no legal justification, nor can there be a legitimate shar'î excuse, for circumventing this convention of war by targeting non-combatants or civilians whatsoever, and that the hukm shar'î of killing them is not only harâm but also a Major Sin [Kabira] and contravenes one of the principal commandments of our way of life.

No, killing is a sin in Islam unless it is in self-defense.
Jihad is a personal struggle within yourself.
For example, you see a bottle of alcohol, but you tell yourself No! You walk away and this is jihad.
Allah forbids killing.
Terrorists are not following Islam. They have distorted it and sadly many people are believing their lies.
BTW, are the killings of innocent Muslim women and children justified? So many Muslims have nothing to do with this mess, but they die.

The writings of the Qu'ran, and the Hadith both justify the killing of infidels (non-Muslims) in most any situation.
It is stated that Islam should go after first the Saturday people
(Jews) and then the Sunday people (Christians).

my view is this , occupy our countries prepare to pay. just like if a military occupy your country, you would not take it sitting back and let it slide you would fight. you might even fight in such a way as to send a messege in a bold way so others won't come and fight you either. killing is a sin in Islam but if occupation army come across the oceans and try occupy us, i for one will fight

The killing on both sides is not justified. Do you think Muslim children killed and called "collateral damage" instead of dead babies is justified? It cuts both ways.
