Sometimes more than guys lol.
I know the girls that i hang out with are horny at least 30% more than their significant others. Haha..

When I first started having sex I didn't really get horny. Then after the first year when I met a new guy wow.... I was like so excited for him... thought of us being together made me tingle and it wet. That's only get better as a head more partners and gotten more experience. I'm even more excited about the anticipation.
Definitely we get horny in the net in the same way. But I've been with guys that are too horny too soon in the dating experience... and they've blown it...(I don't mean in a good way)... if you're too horny masturbates first then go out.

Yes, they get horny, but it it different than guys. Men respond to a woman's body (touch and sight), but women respond to the way a man makes her feel and how he touches her. They won't have sex with you if they don't like you for who you are, rather than how you look (unless they are drunk or screwed up). Confidence is a big turn on for women, so is a sense of humor, and they usually prefer you to be gentle and take your time.
