'Its the law. Who said so? Atheists are still our brothers and sisters even if they do not believe in God, and might make fun of Christians (not all of them do'make fun of Christians' presently).

If you want to convert atheists that's not the way to do it. Act out your new found faith. Be nice to them. Atheists are in search of God and meaning.
