Of course anything is possible and I have no doubt people have done it before. But as you know crack is so addictive and takes such a physical and psychological hold on a person going cold turkey must have a very low rate of success.

Sure, if that person has the willpower. Typically an addict won't change their lifestyle. They will keep the same friends, the same routine, the same life. If they do so, they won't kick the habit.

I've known people who've quit meth cold turkey. It take tremendous willpower and the desire to have a better life.
