I injured my right hamstring running sprints, during my workout. THe trainer told me not to run for a week, that was Week 1, Week to i returned to run but trying thid time to "limit" myself. i tried to but my hamstring is still giving me problems. Week 3 was spring break, i only ran once during the break. Week For sprinting still gives my hamstring discomfort, i have a meet in 2 days wat should i do?
