I know he mess around with them, or he used to be but he denied everything.

Your situation, sounds like your boyfriend is not ready to make commitments with you, if what you think or know he actually talks to others females on the phone behind your back.
Then again, he may talked to people that he does business with, and happened to be females, could be old friends that needed his help, could be many other reasons, as long as he mature enough to be honest with you, and not change in his attitude toward you, as picks on you, find faults in you, and every little things about you, that one time he love you, and love everything about you.
And if that what he is really doing, then he's not ready to have a long life relationship with you. He need to be honest with himself and you, and to lay everything down on the table, so that you could understand his immaturity, and avoid so much pain that even him can't handle it.
My suggestion is, you should have a good talk with him about how you feel, and if he keep on denied and not be honest with you, then you should move on, but don't let your self witness of his shady side, will be very pain full, beside if that kind of person he is, then, he not good enough for you, he will be like that to the others, and hope he not run into adversity with relationship life. Of course he's going to deny. Get over him unless your married or have kids there is no attatchment. Plus it will change the way you get treated in the future by other guys because you'll be the strong one.

First of all you have to confirm that he is messin around because if he isn't there is a big trust issuse in your realtionship. Once you found out that he is cheating you have do what your heart tells you. But before you make your decsion make sure it is a smart one.

confront him. always go with your woman intuition too. if you believe something is going on.. 10 to 1 it is going on. if he gets confrontational about it, he is cheating.
