Depends on how you mean...
If someone asks you which cup (example) is yours and you want to point and say "That's it" ...... you say "C'est ca"
If you are fed up and saying "That's it" as in you are done you can say ....." C'est tout"

C'est ca. (sounds like "say sa") (the "sa" part is like starting the word saw but leaving off the w sound).
