when people speak about god, they say that he loves, he wants us to, he is angry, happy, sad. He saves, he condemns...he does human things.
Why an almighty and eternal entity should be limited by "human" emotions???

God Almighty having the same feelings and emotions as human beings... it is as funnier as it can be! Ever since the creation of the Cosmos, God Almighty has always been a Dhrista (onlooker). It never interferes in the creation of his. All is a mighty computer programmed to the minutest detail. As we pray so shall we get... nothing less or more! And our prayers get answered only if you perform the requisite karma... mere desires or wishes carry no meaning!

How much would you think would be the temperatures in the centre of God Almighty... trillions of degrees centigrade? When souls' atmans do not get matching parents on Mother Earth... they hibernate either in heaven or hell... (Heaven when the residual balance of karma is positive) and hell (when the residual balance of karma negative)! And where do we think exists heaven... heaven exists in the core of the sun where temperatures exceed millions of degrees centigrade.

God Almighty and the soul within every human being is pure energy... something that can never be conceived by the limited power of the senses and the mind. God Almighty and the soul within are beyond the purview of normal human beings. Only when one gains enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and salvation (moksha) does one realize the true meaning of God Almighty and soul atman within.

In the beginning when the Cosmos got created... all related laws also came into being. Whatever karma is performed by an individual... proportionate fruits of karma are delivered to one. It is a clock like work... nothing interferes in the cosmic system. If I know a mantra to gain something in life... then diligent performance of the mantra would definitely yield the requisite result. It is as simple as a+b=c.

The chance of anything going wrong in the cosmic system is nil. The system of God is never disordered at any stage as has been wrongly interpreted by Stephen Hawking in his famous book, "a brief history of time". The domain of spirituality and God Almighty is beyond the purview of science and scientists. Why put vague theories and confuse the masses!

God Almighty is but a huge cauldron of fire the potential of which just cannot be imagined by any human being. If we desire anything from God Almighty... we should perform the requisite karma! Prayers and chanting of mantras do help. The most astonishing part of life is that it is only as a human being we gain enlightenment and finally salvation. If we desire peeking into the system of God... we have to rise above the slavish animal indulgence and travel the spiritual path. It is only then we truly realize what God Almighty is all about. You are looking at the situation from the wrong end of the telescope. God made man in His image. Part of that was God giving mankind the ability to feel love and other emotions. They are not "human" emotions because God was here first.

Using the Bible as my source, I have learned that the English word 'angel' comes from a Greek word for 'messenger.' Hence there are three kinds of messengers (angels) mentioned in the Bible. [1] God almighty Himself is in several verses called the "chief messenger." [2] Human beings often have the role of bringing messages. Thus they also are called messengers (angels) in the original languages of the Bible (Greek). [3] Ministering spirits sometimes carry messages. They also are called angels. The word 'minister' means 'servant.' From this data we can readily see that the basic function of an angel (messenger) is to carry and deliver messages. Depending on the context of the Bible verse we must determine which type of messenger is being spoken of. Then we can begin to have a more precise understanding of exactly what his function is. Because God fashioned man in His own image and likeness. The capability of experiecing variations of emotion is part of why we humans are so different from animals. Not just emotions but freewill, art and creativity. God partially share His own attributes with us to understand more of our true being, capacity and our ultimate destiny.
We may never understand His way and thoughts.
But the emotions of love and care give us hints how a Creator loves His own creation very much.

We were created in HIS image. He is not limited in His emotions. His capacity to forebare His anger and rath against a disobedient and rebellious creation, and sacrificing His only begotten son on the cross for our salvation shows the depth of His love.

Man, i HOPE you have no children.lol. I'm kidding, not a serious statement

God made us in his image and care for us like we are his children. God can not be apart of sin. That is why Jesus came to cover our sins that we may be reunited with our father in heaven.

because he is a "projection" of his creators(humans)

"i am a jealous god"

rico: His capacity to forebare His anger and rath against a disobedient and rebellious creation(remember lot's wife and the person who touched the ark of covenant(with good intentions)?) , and sacrificing His only begotten son on the cross for our salvation shows the depth of His love.(he couldnt just forgive us without sacrificing anything?)

Because he's a figment of their collective imagination.

Sort of a projection of cultural or national identity.

Gods wouldn't be much good if they were alien space blobs.

Funny how the little twits who worship them never figure it out.

Because two thousand years ago people were stupider when making up fairy tales, and they made up this one.
