Only the preserved railway on Alderney. Jersey had a line at one time, but it closed before WW2. More details here:- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jersey_Railway. (To Pit Bill - the term Channel Islands refers to Jersey, Guernsey etc, but not the IOW)

If you include the whole of the English Channel then the Isle of Wight has its own railway........Island Line operated by Stagecoach.
