Based on yahoo answer, the old yahoo news boards, and Christian chat rooms I believe that the newest religion is the "evangelical atheist".
They are worse than a Jehovah Witness or a Mormon when it comes spreading their religion. At least the JW and the Mormon don't tell you what it is that you believe and don't believe in like the evangelical atheist does.

Atheists have been around for a while. I would say Scientology or maybe Oprah and Dr. Phil worship.

No. The newist religion is called "Destroy all People Who Come Up with that Kind of Crap". Same as Christians but the name also states one of the Commandments.
