Fish Oil is thought to improve blood circulation and health of the heart. Its is also thought to help people with Lupus and improve mental health. Its hard to say if fish-oil or any supplement works, but try it for a month and see if you get results. It would not hurt.
In this day and age of extremely inflated health care costs people are looking toward alternative cures. So beware of false hope being petaled by these nutrition companies.

If he prescribed fish oil capsules, he was thinking of Cholesterol issues, because I am on Lipitor for that, but my doctor said to take Salmon oil capsules and flax seed oil capsules three times daily. The lipitor will lower the bad cholesterol, and the fish oil and flax seed oil will raise the good cholesterol. The combination got my total cholesterol back to normal in 3 months, which the doctor says is very good, and quick.

I have two friends that were suffering with arthritis and I encouraged both of them to take Cod liver oil and in both cases after a few week they were free from pain. I myself have taken cod liver oil for over 40 years with out missing more than 2 or 3 days in that time and I would recommend anybody to take it

Fish oil contains omega 3.
It's awesome! Works really well!
It mainly helps memory, concentration and joints (among other things) and lots of teens have it.

I take Fish Oil, but am thinking about taking Flax seed oil as well. Both are good for you, and it won't hurt to do both as they both have benefits.

I started taking cod liver oil and I totally notice an improvement in my skin. I had tried EVERYTHING and nothing has worked as well as this.
