Only if ISRAEL had its army that it has today during world war 2?

i was always wondering if we took israel with the army force it has now and put it back 60 years ago during world war 2 and give the israelian army weapons with the same fire power as the germans had back in the day, do you think the israeli army could of held the germans? and mybe the holacust would of never happend?

edit: sorry i meant the jews not isreal(israel didnt exist back than)

Well just so you wont forget Israel is around 4-5 strongest military in todays world, and for a country the size of new jersey its very imppresive

What do you mean? The army it has today or an army equivalent to the German army then? I think the military has advanced since then and a modern army would always win against an army from those days.
If the State of Israel had already existed then I guess that would have been another country joining the Allies and helping to defeat Nazi Germany, also there would have been a state that would have accepted Jewish refugees from Europe when other countries were closing their borders. However it wasn't easy for the USSR, USA and Britain combined to defeat Nazi Germany, although they were the strongest other powers at that time and had large numbers of soldiers, so I don't think a small Jewish state could have really changed so much. I mean about 20 million Allied soldiers died in that war, more than there were ever Jews in the world. However there were about 1.5 million Jewish soldiers in the Allied armies, so anyway there were Jews who helped to defeat Nazi Germany.

The Jewish people prior to WWII were people just like you and I with no idea of what the Nazi's had in store.
Apart from the Warsaw uprising they had little choice but do what they were told.
Encouraged and promised help from the Russians they rebelled and waited for help.
The Russian's held up their advance until Warsaw was destroyed and then moved in.
There is no way even in hind sight modern troops could have endured such a betrayal.

Well, by looking at the Israel/Palestine conflict, the existence of Israel is in very much in question. What happened in Palestine and Palestinians will not be forgotten.

Israel came into existence in expense of Palestinians. The only nation to have nuclear weapon will make and American backed country cannot escape.

Weakness of Israel:

1) Small Population
2) Sourrounded by Enemies.
3) very small country

If there is a war between arab countries and Israel, Israel will not exist. Sure, The arab country will get blow, but they will exist.

Israel's enemy is far too strong, and widely spreaded.
