pinches could be taken into different contexts, todas las mujers son pinches? well depends how he wanted to insult them, but to me pinche translates to fu@ken. but that way your friend used it doesnt make sense.

that doesnt make sense. "pinche" is an adjective it means "********"

it can also be used as an exclamation but in that context it still wouldn't make sense

that's mexican slang
pinche usually means "fuc**ing" but in this context it could either mean "ugly" or "bitc*es"
