The word "pinche" is not a real word in the spanish language. It's originally Mexican slang. It has no literal translation to English but if I had to translate it it would be along the lines of "Asshole who doesn't know anything"

It is not Spanish, it is Mexican slang.

So go with a Mexican answer.

it's "pinche pendejo que no sabe nada"

that means "******* asshole who doesnt know anything"
