Would seem your child's fathers' family are not too keen on you.Of course I don't know what the contents of the registered letter you received were.Since you say you returned the letter,I assume the letter was less than complimentary.Did you meet this guy in Mexico?or where you are now.If you met him at home, then face it.He has ran home to mummy.Mums' always take a dim view of girls who get pregnant out of wedlock.Especially mexican mums.Just keep trying and hope that he has a spark of decency, and crawl out from under his mothers'skirt

You don't say where you are?? It appears he doesn't want to speak to you or they don't want him to. A registered letter is suppossed to be signed ONLY by the person it is addressed to and NO ONE ELSE. Send it with a restricted signature required next time. HE MUST sign it and NO ONE ELSE MAY SIGN FOR IT. If you still dont get a proper response, if at all and it is a legal matter that you need to get hold of him, contact an attorney to contact him for you.
You had a child to a man who you cant even talk to in the same language?????? What WERE you thinking??

Without knowing why you are trying to reach him I really can't give you advice except to say that if it is a legal matter perhaps you could contact the American Embassy for assistance.
