Did you enjoy your chocolate bunny and jelly beans?
The craving is one thing...the eating is another!
Try substituting something distinctive, like dill pickles, or something salty, maybe olives or almonds. Raisins or dried cranberries are good for you too.
The idea is to create a desire for a different sort of taste.

Well, start by telling your parents how serious you are about eating healthily and that you would appreciate it if they keep chocolate out of the house or at least just keep their own stash with them or put it somewhere else. My doctor told me that once you get into the habit of eating chocolate that your body will expect it at roughly the same time each day, so you have to break the habit, which won't take long. Try finding something else sweet to have instead when you get the cravings, like fruit or nutri grain bars, and soon the cravings will disappear. It's just a case of getting into different eating habits, and once you master that, the rest will be easy and it'll be easier to say no. Good luck mate x

Ignore the previous advice. First of all, dark chocolate is good for you. It lowers your blood pressure. But if you feel that you crave sweets all the time, the best thing to do is to switch to eating a lot of fruit. Fruit has a lot of shugar but it is a healthy kind of shugar. Do it gradually and your problem will be solved.
