I lost 40 pounds last year and I did it the good old fashioned way... Diet & Excersice. I would cut out one bad food a month and at the end of the year (with all the bad food that I had cut out) a combination of cardio excercise, weight training, and a healthier diet-I look greater than ever. I weigh what I weighed in high school and people can't believe I have been married for 6 years and have a 2 & 3 year old!

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and basic to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm basically worried that i'm dropping too lots weight, too rapidly. i visit confess i've got not observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet ordinarily) and doing little or no workout, however the load retains flying off. It of course works and if i could observed it precisely i think of it could scare the residing daylights out of me as a results of quantity that i could lose. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

It sucks, but diet and exercise.
There are a lot of horrible things you can do to yourself (I've done most of them) to loose weight (I nearly lost my life in the process) ... but the best way to "get it off and KEEP it off" is DIET ... and EXERCISE.
Oh! And don't forget the positive attitude! It sounds SUPER corny ... but the human imagination is stronger than the human will. Keep your eyes on the prize!
If you're really struggling, personal trainers and nutritionists can be found for small fees ... talk to your doctor or visit a local gym ... they're always willing to help someone get fit!
