The occasion yogurt will do you good, but remember that more calories equals more weight.
The implication that you can lose more weight by eating yogurt than by not eating anything is completely false and I am surprised that anyone would have the nerve to claim such an outrageous lie. ( I state this because they claimed it on a commercial.)
If you feel you must have something sweet, yogurt may be a good alternative, but eating three hundred calories worth of yogurt compared to the 20 calories in a bag of microwave popcorn will cause you to gain weight, not lose it.
