how do i make my thighs skinnier and thinner in less than a week????.....is it possible??........please only reply if u r sure of ur answer........will running and jogging help?????..........what about jumping jacks????........and stretching?????...

Its gunna take longer than a week. When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

As a man caught in the fitness craze I must admit many of my friends envy my muscular calves and thighs I have always had thick toned legs even at my heaviest 330 I have friends that can lift almost twice sw much as I can on the bench but on leg press they have no strength I think you should walk more and cut out soda and carbs good luck

Pilates and stretching; there is no such thing as spot-treating: losing weight in a specific area first. Your body will start burning fat in your belly and continually work every part. Unfortunately, a woman's thighs are a problem area. Do pilates leg exercises and stretch every day (don't over-exert, though) and you'll see results in four weeks. One week, though? That's a stretch...Good luck!

There are no great ways to spot reduce quickly....it is unfortunate. But I would say do excersies (that you dont use heavy weight with) and do as many reps as you can.

If you use weight machines, don't use more than 5-10lbs. It feels like nothin' but that helps lean you out, not bulk you up!

Yep, diet and exercise (cardio and toning) will do it, but you'll need more than a week! Good luck!

1 week isn't much time. Your best bet may be to simply drop water weight that you may be holding.

I learnt in histroy that the chinese in the early dayshave small feet becoz they wrapped their feet with cloth.
