How do you talk to your Spirit Guides?

I've been reading about them, and have managed to talk to two of my Spirit Guides. (Through meditation) I was wondering if anybody had any other ways of seeing and communicating with your Spirit Guides.

Prayer and meditation are basically it, as mentioned earlier. Trance states are helpful, but not necessary. Your guides can communicate with you in dreams. R.E.M. is really the best trance state there is for visions ans spirit communication, and all you have to do is sleep for a few hours uninterrupted. Simply ask them to, and then go to sleep. Many ancient and tribal cultures did use drugs for this purpose, but I don't recommend that route at all -- aside from the dangers and illegality, we just don't have the proper guidance or training in our culture to use psychoactive plants safely, effectively, or appropriately. Copious amounts of alcohol I do recommend, however, but for the Guides, not for you, in the form of a libation. A libation is a liquid offering, poured onto the ground, down a hole, over a sacred stone, etc., as an offering to the gods, spirits, and ancestors. It can be any beverage, really, alcohol, beer, wine, juice, oil, milk, honey. Offerings of incense are good, too. It also depends on the guide. Ask them what kind of offering they would like. If they are an animal spirit, put out food for that kind of animal. If they are a bird, then appropriate nest-building materials such as bits of string. If it is an ancestor spirit (and I believe that many Spirit Guides actually are ancestors) then what did that person like when they were alive? What was grandpa's favorite beer? What kind of tea did grandma like to drink? The best place, of course, to give offerings like this to your ancestors is at their grave. Hey, some people leave flowers, what's the difference?

I also recommend setting up a shrine/altar to your spirit guides and ancestors. Place a small table in a quiet corner where you can sit and meditate. You can put images or statues of your spirit guides there, pictures of your ancestors, and small things that they once owned such as jewelry, candles, incense, and even fresh flowers. Setting up a sacred space to your ancestors and spirits will greatly aid in your communication with them, and help you to build your relationship with them.

Keep in mind that they may speak to you quietly, subtle, without you even being aware of it they protect and guide you.

And how is this so different from the concept of Guardian Angels?

Being in a meditative state is about it. If not fullblown meditation than at least shifting into a light alpha state, which is easily achieveable with practice in meditation. Some people are fond of using pendulums too.

.Question: What about "guardian angels"-- does the Bible say anything about "guardian angels"?
Answer: Large numbers of people hold tenaciously to certain beliefs about angels that are not taught in Scripture. How many times have we heard that angels sang at the birth of Christ? But they didn't, as we see from Luke 2:13 and 14. And belief in guardian angels is something like that.
The idea that people have a personal guardian angel is one of the most persistent of religious ideas. I am not doubting that the Bible does teach that angels protect people. The Scripture teaches that "the angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him, and delivereth them." Nor am I doubting that some people may have had a bonafide, legitimate experience in which an angel delivered them from some great misfortune.
The real question is whether or not each person has personal guardian angel assigned to him or her at birth, one that stays with that individual for the duration of their lifetimes. The answer to that is "no." You don't find that in the Bible.

So-noted as spirit classes are something the occult makes use of and noted as them entities, yet they are evil spirits. you want the Holy Spirit to lead you. Get born returned and you will see the version.

i recomend getting high because it worked for a lot of people if ur not into that then prayer
