Wait! Wait! WAit!
your will be Under weight for your height!
why don't you just do some little weight lifting to give you body some muscle tone and it will look like you lost some weight.
your body will be more manly shape with muscle tone, plus all the Girl and some Boys will enjoy looking at you!
you'll be sure to catch some eyes flowing your way.
Just try it, if you don't like it, you can always go back.
You will definitely start to see some results within 3 weeks But you have to have a commitment for at lease 3 - 4 months just to get the full benefit from your new routine.
if you decide to do this, message me back with the results in how you feel and what you think after that period.

wear a plastic trash bag on your torso under a shirt under a sweater when you jump rope for 5 to 15 min depending on your level of fitness you can even do more then run 5 to 15 min then shadow kickbox for 20 to 30 min w/ 1min rests every 2 to 3 min depending on your level of fitness. rests 1 min in between each excercise. Stay hydrated and don't eat so many fatty meals during the day. Try eating less and and snacking more ( snacks should include fruits, veggies, and nuts.) Stay away from junk food and fast foods and soda.

Im a wrestler and i lost 45 pounds in 3 months, the best way to lose those pounds is to run alot, eat healthy, burn more calories than you take in thats a big one, i would say run a mile or 2 a days with that eating style and you should be fine, and also take every beverage out of your daily consumption besides milk and water. Only drink milk and water.
to sum it up- Only drink milk and water, run 1 or 2 miles a day, and burn more calories than you take in, EAT SENSIBLE, no junk food. Good luck! And also if you have a job that requires you to take the elevator to where you work...Take the stairs:)...
Good Luck

I would say that a proper healthy diet with fruits and vegetables as well as a lot of running would do the trick. Running long distance (not jogging or speed walking) can produce quick results. It may take time to build endurance, it can be discouraging and tough, but I can say through personal experience that running is a great way to lose weight. Of course the diet is another large factor in it. You would end up being in great cardiovascular shape and surely your confidence will increase. As i said though, it can be discouraging and difficult at first but it is a great way to lose weight.

Speed your metabolisms up through out your day, and don't eat anything after 3:00p.m. only water. Wrap yourself in plain glad plastic wrap and put on your sweat suit and go on a power walk for 1hr. Try not to think about your weight, and just do what you have to do. If you, focus on the walk instead of your weight, you'll do just fine. And to be truthful about it at your height and weight you are just fine. I guest you are about 36-25-36. I am 5'3 and weigh in at 147pounds and in my world, that is fine with the men.

Try eliminating a few meats from your diet, and eat more veggies. Besides after watching some of the links at the website below, you probably wont want to eat meat any more.
