Not that I'm aware. I checked on Boxrec, which usually says if there were any knockdowns, and in what round.
The fight took place on February 7, 1981. Stan Ward was 13-3-2 at the time, and Greg Page was 13-0. Page won by 7th round TKO to take the vacant USBA Heavyweight title.

That was before I was born. Greg Page was nothing special, and Stan Ward who? Why would you ask that? Rather random I must say. Anyways I asked my brother (he's way more knowlegable than I in Boxing, actually, this is my first day here) and he said there were definately none. So he is always right in my book, lol. What made you think of that question dude?
