wat do you like. if u like the quite, innocent look, go with straightened hair&fresh makeup?(no rain). if u wanna look like the bad girl who just looked like she had woken up, go for wavy messy hair&little bit smudge makeup in the rain
i would choose wavy messy hair&little bit smudge wit no make up in the rain (smudges aren't sexy)
