Obedience to Christ, service within the church, generous giving of money and time, prayer, worship, Bible reading/study, and fellowship with other Christians in a healthy, "Bible-believing" church are the keys to spiritual growth.
I would say that obedience to the teachings of Christ is the most important secret to spiritual growth based on the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20:
19"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
20teaching them to OBSERVE ALL THAT I COMMANDED YOU (emphasis added) ; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
God bless you!

Spiritual growth is a life-long process that occurs as we study and apply God's Word (2 Timothy 3:16-17), and walk by the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-26). As we seek after spiritual growth, we can pray to God, asking Him for wisdom on what areas He desires for us to grow spiritually. We can ask God to help us increase our faith and knowledge Him. God desires for us to grow spiritual. God has given us all we need to experience spiritual growth.

For me it is two other things as well;
1, humble daily submission to the will of God,
2, daily prayer.

constant praise and prayer to God, staying connected to him, because through him his word is real. Having that personal relationship with him is what helps me to grow in all areas of my life

I would add that it is, "God that brings the increase." One of His methods of doing this is through trial, allowed temptations and suffering. As we pray, believe, act, confess and repent (our part), God is faithful to add whatever we lack.

Deluding yourself into buying into fantasy worlds and not reality!
You must ignore reality to be spiritual!
