I am usually incredibly active(I worked out everyday for hours.) and tried to keep on my feet when not at school. I am very athletic, inshape. I recently had a head injury and had 2 seizures, so I cannot workout now for a couple weeks. It's bad emotionally for me because I love exercising and it helps my depression and mood. Now I am worried that since I am not working out everyday, my face will get chubby or my body will change somehow. Does anyone have an experience of a very fit athletic person taking a hiatus from working out? I am scared!

Thanks a lot! :)

Your muscles will probably hurt a lot. As if you'd pulled them. The lack of exercise feels like a strain to someone who usually works out.

Other than that in just a couple weeks you won't put on weight or anything. Just make sure you keep eatting something every couple hours (an apple, a cup of yogurt, a granola bar) to keep your metabolism up. And after a week or so, you should be able to do some exercise--just not an intense workout. It's not like you are bed confined (or are you?) Don't worry though--in 2 weeks your body won't change enough to notice.
