alot of these things that come in the mail are a joke they like to take your money and run with it
because that has happen to me more then once so there you go .

The best I can tell from what you typed is that you have been scammed before and now "premier solutions" has come along. I can't tell if you are ASKING if they of legitimate or CLAIMING they are. Either way, I bet they are a scam. If in doubt, that's always the best assumption.
