You should take as many hard science and math courses, AP if possible, as you can in high school to prepare for the level of courses that entering pharmacy school takes.

Pharmacy school, which one usually enters after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, is a combination Master's and Doctoral program and requires a lot of hard work, study, and better spelling than you might think. You must be proficient in chemistry and calculus among other things, like Anatomy and Physiology, in order to even be considered for admissions.

Pharmacy school is very competitive so you need to get the best marks you can in your college chemistry and bio classes. The best way to do this would be to get a very good preparation in HS - take the toughest chem courses they have -honors or AP chem - even if you get a slightly lower mark.. once you get to college no one will care what you did in HS, and if you are better prepared then you will be able to do better in college.

A few pharmacy colleges admit students after 2 years of college. But many now require or prefer that students have 4 years of college and or a BS degree before entering Pharmacy. Also, you probably have to take the PCAT test. You need to look into this in detail (and not on Yahoo!!!) to be sure what the requirements are for the Pharm College you are thinking of attending.

ps Pharmacy is for serious professionals. Isn't it time to stop the Jr HS babytalk spelling and write proper English like a grownup?
