Would it be health if i eat thoese chinese soup nodle thing.......i know they are high in salt but would it be alright if i ate it every day?

Of Course Not! Salt gives high blood pressure and then you have to take medications. You always need a balanced diet unless you want to get super skinny or super fat. All the answers explain this well.

I take it you're talking about Raman-type soups-- and no, that's not healthy. But, if it's all you can afford to buy in the way of food, then survive on what you must.

Too much salt, too many unhealthy, refined carbs. Something like that should be a once-in-a-while thing.

um some kid got scurvy from eating nothing but Ramen noodles for an entire semester. My bet is no.

dont eat it every day, too much salt can cause hypertension aka high blood pressure
