Boy, talk about ripping a verse right out of context to support your viewpoint! Here's the part that you DIDN'T bother to quote:
John 5:22-23 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
Jesus is One with the Father, which means that He is God. So even though the Father will not be doing the judging, that doesn't mean that there won't be a judgment and that God won't be doing the judging.
It just means that the Second Person of the Trinity will be in charge of the judgment, that's all.

Jhn 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
Christ is in charge of all Judgement.
Rev 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him wascalled Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

1. Read the rest of the verse..."but hath committed all judgment unto the Son.
2. Go back to the trinity.
A. God the Father
B. God the Son.
C. God the Holy Spirit.
3. Go to the book of Revelation.
A. Great White Throne Judgment
Rev 20:11 ¶ And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
B. Judgment Seat of Christ
Rom 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ
2Cr 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad.
There is alot of doctrine involved here and the reason God the Father doesn't judge us is because of His Sovereignty. So He committed all judgment unto the Son.

The Father has entrusted Jesus Christ with the job of judging people at the Great White Throne Judgment mentioned in the Bool of Revelation. Everyone whose name is not written in the Book of Life will be cast into hell, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Father God has given the judging to Christ Jesus. Christ will judge the world along with His Saints - you and me. We'll judge angels also.

"John 5:22
The Father does not judge anyone but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, (23) so that all may honor the Son as they honor the Father. Whoever fails to honor the Son is not honoring the Father who sent him. (24) Yes, indeed! I tell you that whoever hears what i am saying and trusts the One who sent me has eternal life-that is, he will not come up for judgment but has already crossed over from death to life."
Those who have accepted Jesus have passed through judgment but will still have to answer for their actions. Those who have not accepted Jesus will have to stand and be judged.

I really hope you do not think anyone will comprehend or believe your apostasy?
Jesus will judge.
Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

No... on Judgment day God will not judge you by sin but the actual good works you have done. People who are not saved and do not except Jesus as their savior will go to Hell. But People are not suppose to judge the actual person and what there fate will be, only God can.

You know, many people will take a verse out of context, but they twist the whole thing! You haven't even read to the end of the verse!!! Christ is saying that it is up to Him (Christ) to determine who the Father judges depending upon wether or not the person has accepted Christ & His work for Salvation!!! Keep reading for the sake of Learning, as U will NEVER PROOVE THE BIBLE WRONG!!!!! John
