I'm not thinking that this is an appetizing combination at all! Even sweet potatoes might be an odd combination for Bailys, with perhaps the exception of the new caramel flavoring. Stick with sour cream, garlic, and butter!

If you were making regular mashed potatoes with Bailey's that would be super gross as it would be too sweet. However, you could probably make mashed potato candy using Bailey's and it wouldn't be too bad.

Now, why on God's Green Earth would you want to 1) ruin tasty mashed potatoes, and 2) why would you want to really ruin some good, expensive booze??? 'Nuff said...Waste of time and money and GOOD booze.....

Sounds pretty awful to me. I think I'd dare my coworker to make some and then bring them to work and eat them. ;-)
