Salons book out a womans haircut for 1 hr sometimes it takes 45 min. Depends on how hard it is. Men are usually booked out for 30 min sometimes 45. Even if u are getting a new look it don't take longer then that.
If it is just a style using a blowdryer and round brush approx. 45 min. If u are getting an up do it can take up to 1 hr and 30 min.
Sounds to me though like u mean a new hairstyle and blowdry and that is 1 hr for the whole sha-bang....

last time i went, it took about 15 min, because the only thing the guy had to do was run the clippers on #3 all over the top of my head!!! now, i don`t even have to go to the salon because i have my own clippers & do it myself...time & money saver!!!

it depends what hair style yr getting but usally 2hrs
