How about loosening the skin attached to the turkey breast and rubbing the meat with a combination of 3 T butter, 1 T rubbed sage, 1 Tsp kosher salt, and 1 tsp fresh ground pepper. As the turkey cooks, baste with a concoction of fresh lemon juice, garlic, melted butter, and herb de provence. Don't overcook or the breasts will become dry.
With the juices in the bottom of the pan deglaze with white wine or chicken broth, add 1 tsp dijon mustard, and simmer until reduced. Season to taste.

For a change of pace ... how about Easy Cheesy Ranch Turkey Breasts?
Spread a small amount of Ranch dressing over the bottom of a baking dish. Dredge turkey breasts through additional Ranch dressing, turning to coat each piece of chicken thoroughly. Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with any combination of cheeses. Bake at 350-375 degrees for at least 30 minutes ... or until juices run clear.

Rub the turkey breasts with olive oil. Then add garlic, season salt and black pepper. If you like spicy add some red pepper flakes.
I generally bake these in the oven but you can also skillet fry them.

First poke holes in the breast and brush with olive oil letting it drip into the holes, Shake on some spices of your choice or just pepper and salt. In the cavity of the breat put an entire onion and garlic cloves and bake. It is so moist people will think you have spent all day slow roasting.

I'm kind of lazy, so I usually just sprinkle the turkey with "poultry seasoning", parsley, onion powder and celery salt. The poultry seasoning that you buy ready mixed is sage, marjoram, and thyme, I believe.
My aunt has a fresh herb garden and she's baked turkey breast on top of several stalks of rosemary cut fresh from the garden. It was incredible!

with a bowl add butter, and any seasonings that you enjoys such as sage, dill, whatever. mis with the butter. if your turkey has the skin, which is a good way to keep it moist. add the butter seasoning mix to the turkey by rubbing it under the skin, that way it doesnt melt off. if you like using olive oil they rub the turkey breast with the oil and under the skin then rub the seasonings in. good luck with dinner with what ever seasoning you choice ^_^

cover with paprika, for a nice color and taste....also use some onion powder and garlic powder sprinkled all over for extra flavor...and then also use some all purpose spice mix like Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, or Emeril's Essence, or Lawries Seasoned Salt, or Mrs.Dash seasoning, or an Italian seasoning blend of herbs...that will help kick-up the flavor of your Turkey Breasts......i really like Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning i bought at Wal-mart..it gives foods a nice flavor kick without being too spicey--use sparingly !!
