yeah, a dermatilogist will help you. Mine gave me Differin. It works great!

I used Pro-Active in the past and it worked good, but it was expensive. I found something else that works it is St.Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub. I use wintergreen rubbing alcohol for an astringent, if my skin starts getting too dry then I use it every other day. Good luck and give this scrub a try.
