Yes. There was an Ethiopian court official that Phillip preached to and baptized.

Acts 8:26,27 "However, Jehovah’s angel spoke to Philip, saying: “Rise and go to the south to the road that runs down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” (This is a desert road.) With that he rose and went, and, look! an Ethiopian eunuch, a man in power under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, and who was over all her treasure. He had gone to Jerusalem to worship,"

Many scholars guess that Moses’ wife Zipporah might have been black since she was a Cushite (Numbers 12:1). Cush is an ancient name for an area of Africa. Some propose that Bathsheba (2 Samuel 11:3) was black. Some believe that the Queen of Sheba who visited Solomon (1 Kings 10:1) was black. The Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8:37 may have been a black man. Ethiopians are mentioned around 40 times in the Bible, and the Prophet Jeremiah asked, "Can the Ethiopian change his skin ..." (Jeremiah 13:23). The "Simeon called Niger" in Acts 13:1 may have been black.

The Bible, though, does not specifically say that any of these people were black. Most Bible teachers believe that black people are descendants of Noah’s son Ham (Genesis chapter 10, verses 6-20), but we cannot be sure since the Bible does not specifically say. Why aren't there more black people in the Bible? The vast majority of events in the Bible took place in the land of Israel. Although black people were common in many regions nearby Israel, Israel has never been an area where many black people have settled.

They belong to the Gentiles. And these are the people who were among those called "The daughters of Men" in Genesis and the Jews were called the "Sons of God" just to make their difference from the other tribes or clan. The Sons of God are not the angels that took human form who saw and marry the daughters of men because they were beautiful (angels have no form because they are spirit and their beauty is in their glow) but they were the Jewish people. Most part of Biblical stories are in the African continents. Christian Bible was a sequel to the Old Testaments. Since the writings from Hebrew are mostly translated in Europe using Roman and Greek scribes and artists, it is natural that in their works, every face and character became Roman or Greek. The faces you see at present are romanticized sketches, the people including Jesus and Mary does not necessarily look European. They may not be totally black but for sure they were not white either. Mary however, could be white but smooth Palestinian milk white not European.

Black as in African American? Or are just searching for mention of a skin color other than white?

Moses was married to an Ethiopian woman. It's in Numbers.

It's actually a good question, and one I will research.

Moses' wife, the Queen of Sheba, The song of solomon is a love song to a black woman, there are many people of dark skin mentioned.. why would you even bring something like this up, though? It only makes you look racist.

Hello, William:

Many people, if you can believe it, think the mark of Cain in Genesis was a black paint job. That is not true because only Noah's kids survived the flood--no Caanites.

Then the Book of Mormon says God blacked the sinful race in the Americas. Don't believe that fiction, either.

BUT, there was an ETHIOPIAN slave (servant, mind you) who was baptized by Phillip. THIS BLACK MAN WAS THE FIRST NON JEWISH PERSON TO BE BAPTIZED in the New Testament. That's pretty special, don't you think, and blows away the theories of those honkies who think only whites enter the Kingdom.

Acts8:26 And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert.
8:27 And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship,
8:28 Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet.
8:29 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.
8:30 And Philip ran thither to [him], and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?
8:31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.
8:32 The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:
8:33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.
8:34 And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?
8:35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
8:36 And as they went on [their] way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, [here is] water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
8:38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.
8:39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
8:40 But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea."

It was not important what color a person skin was so the exact color was not mentioned yet we do know that Moses wife was Ethiopian. It should not matter to us now as well. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ.

Moses' wife had dark skin.
A man named Simeon was surnamed Niger, meaning black.
Philip taught and baptised a man from Ethiopia.
I seem to remember that it was a black man who carried Jesus' cross after Jesus collapsed on the road to Golgotha.
