Death and birth, birth and death, which is which?
Creation and destruction go hand and hand, the distinction is a human one, what is the difference?
Decay is beautiful, why do we fear it, negative and positive are always present, two sides of the same one. When is change welcomed and when is it avoided??

We will all die. We cannot avoid this. We might as well have a good attitude about the inevitable. Some things you can change, some things in life you cannot change. Accept that which you cannot avoid.

Understand that impermanence is part of everything and not develop neither attachement nor aversion to it. Understand it with a calm mind.
