Should temp be around 220? Maybe lower? I cooked this thing PERFECTLY and I don't want to cook it anymore, just warm it up.
Thanks

Try 180 but make sure you cover it with aluminum foil so it doesn't dry out of burn.

Reheating Standing Rib Roast

Re-heating it at a low temp will take a long time & dry out the roast.

How about pre-heating the oven to 350 degrees F?

Slice the roast into 3/4 inch slabs and place on a thin cookie sheet or tray covered w/ foil.

After oven is good & hot, put in the cookie sheet & turn off the oven. Let it sit in there for about 10 mins. to warm up.

The foil and the thickness of the meat will keep it moist & prevent over cooking.

We follow the Treadst... method xcept we will put the slabs under the broiler, about 3-4 minutes for one side and 2-3 minutes for the other.
