"Jews are evil, and there is a special place in hell just for them. I’d say to them: Believe whatever you want. Practice whatever you preach. Just stay the hell away from us."

Do not rush to denounce me, do not send this piece post-haste to your local branch of ADL or LICRA, do not send police to my home. I did not quote Adolf Hitler, no worry. This was a direct quote from Haaretz newspaper, from an article by the newspaper columnist Bradley Burston. With one omission: “for Jesus”. The evil ones, according to Haaretz, are only the ‘Jews for Jesus’, who should be sent to hell. ‘Jews against Jesus’ are perfectly loveable.

Burston’s outburst of hate deserves to be analysed. Jews are good, he says; what makes some Jews evil is their love to Christ. Ergo, Christ is really hateful in the eyes of Burston; and apparently the most liberal newspaper in Israel finds nothing objectionable in this line.

I've seen many, many posts on here about the door-to-door Christians and how annoying they are. Try multiplying that by 2,000 years of persecution plus various atrocities and genocides and then try to imagine how Jews feel about proselytizing!

Well Jews don't believe in hell, and I would not wish harm against anyone, but as for the rest of the quote, "I’d say to them: Believe whatever you want. Practice whatever you preach. Just stay the hell away from us."" I agree with that completely.
Also disagree with your whole premise that there is no difference between Jews for Jesus and Jews because they are both religions, but Jews for Jesus is a religion whose mission is to get Jews to worship Jesus. To me this is a legitimate reason to not be liked.

It's pretty obvious the writer is misquoting the paper to make Jews look hypocritical and intolerant. The original complaint was with the so-called "Jews for Jesus", a cynical attempt by evangelical Christians to proselytize Jews by dressing Christian doctrines up in Jewish garb. That is the hypocrisy that is being condemned. Certainly there are some chauvisitic, intolerant Zionistic types who bring shame to Judaism, but the insincerity of "Jews for Jesus" is just as dishonorable. Shamir's accusation is dishonest and self-serving.

The quote certainly could've been worded in a far better and less offensive way. I would imagine that the objection to Jews for Jesus lies with their proselytizing efforts, which are (needless to say) not well-received by most Jews. Messianic Jews, including Jews For Jesus, are often maligned by both Jews and Christians.

you need to always get a minimum of two costs for this way of work. then you rather ought to have a evaluation as to if the cost is less expensive or no longer. For this volume of money I strongly propose you accomplish that. It expenses no longer something to get a million or 2 different costs. The plumber can't better healthy the recent isolator/breaker or carry out different electric powered works. In regulation this would now only be achieved by using a qualified electrician and also you need to get a certificate ending contact at the same time as the paintings is achieved. maximum plumbers in many circumstances have an settlement with an electrician to finish such paintings for them.

Do you know what Jews for J*sus IS?

It is an organization that uses coercion and falsehoods to convert young (sometimes kindergarten age) Jews into converting to Xtianity.

Yes, they are evil. If Jews believed in hell, I'm sure we'd say they should go there.

that is very sad

Jewish people to be true Jews believe Moses and Isaiah

Moses said we have to have a blood atonement to be forgiven for sins-Leviticus 17:11

Isaiah points directly to Jesus and says "He will be despised and rejected and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins." Isaiah 52:13-53:12

what did Yeshua Jesus from the Greek and Yeshua means God is salvation ever do bad.

today the Messianic Jews hold to Moses and Isaiah

the rest for the most part define being Jewish as rejecting the Messiah Moses and Isaiah-truely they are not Jewish and according to the Messiah should be prayed for and forgiven and loved heart and soul.

Jewish people are not evil. In the bible where it says " The meek shall inherit the earth" I always believed God meant the Jewish people. He has put them thru so much, it can only mean to me he is preparing them for something. Hitler was wrong, in more ways than one, and so were those who fell in line behind him.

If that was his quote there is something truly wrong with him.

People say terrible things all the time.
Some people are evil.

They are evil and they call other people evil.
The old finger pointing operation.
Besides what care I about what he says.
Until you mentioned him I didn't know he existed.
