i have been going to spin classes now for about 2 months and i have heard about a cycle ride that people dofor a charity bristol to london , anyone have any information on this?? and where would i start with trainning???

when you register with them, they'll send you the pack detailing all you need for the day plus training advice......it takes place in August [I think] so you'll need to get some training in from now......I'm in training as well for the smaller one .....London to Brighton.....you can get some help & advice on my blogspot if you like.......good luck & read up on the hydration & nutrition advice as that's even more important than the training........
you can have the best car on the road, but if you don't have adaquate fuel, it aint goin no-where.......but don't over-look the training as that's also very important, I was just saying don't forget about keeping yourself going while on the Bristol/London run......
