The good word from the good book says that the one who says that they love God must also love his fellow man according to 1 John 4:20-21. Jesus commanded us to love one another (John 13:34-35).
So according to the Word of the Lord everyone you know already knows if you really love God. Imagine that.

It is all Good.
1 Th 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first.
1 Th 4:17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord.
1 Th 4:18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Here's one, except it wasn't used "goodly" in this case.
Yea.
As in, the Devil saith unto the woman, "Yea, is it so?"
Yea means furthermore. He was implying that if God hadn't repeated it in the last five minutes, maybe the instruction had lapsed, as if God has an OCD and you just have to make allowances for him.
This reminds me of Titus 1:12. "Even one of their prophets has said..." Paul was writing to Titus about Cretans who were Christian. The Jewish Christians in Crete apparently thought that they were describing somebody else when they said: "Cretans are always liars, evil brutes, lazy gluttons."

The good word is 'thus'. I also liked the word 'and', plus the word 'pharisees' has always had a certain charm. Did you have an actual question or were you just preaching again?

The good news from the good book? God loves you and wants you to spend eternity with Him. I can't think of any better news than that....can you?
