I would guess it is still 98.6. There is no reason for it to be any different.
Now if you asked what the average human IQ is on an airplane, I would have to say it drops a good 30-40 points.

The average human body temperature is 37 degree celcius, it does not change depending upon the place you are. It is always the same. If your body temperature became higher than this, may be you have a fever.

98.6 is "average" but everybody is different if you want to find out what you normally run you should take you temp 3 to 4 times per day for a few days and find your aveage. YOur body temp will be lower in the morning and higher in the mid afternoon to evening.

My body temperature while flying high is 37 degrees - Celsius, which STILL equals 98.6 degrees fahrenheit (or -- ACHOO! -- gezundheit).
But the HUMIDITY is much lower at altitude than on the ground.
