Egg binding is fatal if not dealt with quickly & it sounds like she has an infection on top of everything else. I can't believe she's made it for this long.
Do this ASAP: Boil some eggs & give her the shells. The calcium will help, but it won't fix it. She needs to see a vet NOW!
The olive oil on the vent is an old wives tale that doesn't work. If that egg breaks while it's inside her she's as good as gone. You can hold her too tight or press it too hard applying any lube. Leave her alone with a heat lamp (an adjustable arm reading lamp w/a low wattage bulb.) & egg shells tonight & take her to the vet tomorrow.

Two WEEKS? You're lucky that bird is not dead. Many birds, especially the very prone small birds, succumb to being egg bound in days. Take her to the avian vet or an emergency vet ASAP so they can safely remove the egg either by lubricating and massaging, or by surgical intervention.
Please reconsider breeding. Stuff like this happens all too often and too many birds die from it when their owners don't know what to do. There are also already FAR too many budgies without homes and many are poorly captive bred with bad genes or inbreeding. If you are to continue breeding, please read up on it extensively so you'll be 300% prepared if another emergency like this arises. Speak to an avian vet or other experienced, reputable breeders for the best information.

Yes as everybody said your bird needs to see a vet.I once read on a website that putting her vent in some lukewarm water for about 20 minutes will help pass the egg.Heat around the vent helps pass the egg.Try this .if it doesnt work take her to the vet asap.the yolk in the egg will kill her instantly

It sounds like you should probably take her to the vet. Or at least do a search on google and see if there's any info, but the vet is probably the safest bet.

If you have not already done so, this bird needs to see a vet NOW!!!
She may very well die from lack of vetrinary care if you don't get her to one!!

What we would do and it may sound gross, get some olive oil (I guess any will work) and rub it on and around her "Vent" (butt). Sometimes the oil will help lubricate the area and the egg slide out.
Maybe this link can help;

Call a pet store & ask what to do. I'm not sure if applying Vaseline would be smart to use or not, so ask for some advice from people who would know.
