It depends on whether you efile or file by mail, and whether you use direct deposit or get a check in the mail. Fastest is efile, with direct deposit - depending on what day of the week you file, it's 9 to 15 days before your check is deposited, assuming there are no issues with your return to delay the refund. Efiling but getting a check is a week longer, plus mailing delivery time. If you mail in your return, it's around 6 weeks or a little more.
