Do you live in Illinois too? Oh no wait, you can't because you, like every other state in the union are calling it the DMV, but here in Illinois we call it the Drive centers for the Secretary of State. When I first moved here I couldn't even find the number because I was looking for the DMV. Somebody else had to bring up the website. But I agree, the DMV (drive centers, no matter what you call them) eat the big **** stick.

GOD controls everything. satan is not. Regarding your problem in DMV, why you can not pass your actual driving test. Just try and try until you succeed. Pass the actual driving exam is all about confident, if you do not have one you will not. I hope you already pass your written exam, if not then I'll say, GO AND READ THE HAND BOOK ALREADY. So that you can pass your written exam. Do not ever post this kind of stupid question. If you can not pass your exam then do it again, and study the manual or the hand book. If you already pass the written exam, then listen to the instruction given to you by the examiner.

God created the world, and all that's in it. However, Satan has control in certain areas, and one of those areas is the DMV (or any other bureaucracy).

The DMV is not controlled, it is out of control.. God would never have such a disorder in his kingdom, and Satan isn't capable of that much disorder, his powers are limited. Only the US govt could cause such confusion.
