for example my mom is against me going out with my boyfirend who is muslim and i am hindu. She says it will create alot in the future but i think she's overreacting

Well it depends if it's legal and if I'm of legal age. If I'm a mature adult...which I believe I am...then I would go against my parents will. You have to live your life, make mistakes then learn from them. That's part of growing up. Parents can provide but so much protection for their children. You are the only person that has to deal with the decisions you make in your life.

If you're an adult, you should do what you feel is right.

If you're a minor living dependently on your parents, you should still do what you feel is right but be aware the house rules may apply and you could be punished.

depends. is that thing that you are doing putting you at any risk? why are your parents against it? maybe they have a good reason. give more details.
