Stop putting food in your mouth. I don't mean to stop eating. I mean stop eating junk. Do not count calories, do not weigh food.. It makes you think food, food, food all day. You know the good food from the bad... Drink water instead of soda.. Refill your own water bottle, add 4 grains fo sugar if you must.. That's 4 grains! Eat carrots, celery, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, fruits. Hard boiled eggs are good protein. Lean meats are good. Stay away from a lot of breads and butters.. Use your common sense.. It's your life.. No one else can do this for you--stop putting the food in your mouth! And WALK! Walk! Walk... It's cheap.. Eat reasonable portions of food... every time.. There's a good looking body inside. It needs you to take care of it.. When you reach for something you know is fattening say, "I don't need this now. Today. I'm not starving to death" Eat sensibly---vegetables, fruits... Lay off the sugary and fatty foods... Think about what you ate to gain those pounds in the first place and avoid those foods like the plague.. I wish you luck... but you are the only one who can do this.. No words or tricks or magic potent can do it... Exercise, girl... Lots of exercise.. You can do it... If you are not sure about healthy eating go on-line and search...

WOW! You are quite sharp for an 11 year old... Quite Impressive! Also, please do not listen to anyone who tells you that you are overweight at this point, as they do not know what they are talking about. I can assure you that you are very beautiful... Beautiful and Smart! The best combination!!
Do not diet at such a young age. In fact, you need to be eating as much "good" food as you can possibly eat. Why? Because you are about to go thru a huge growth phase in your life. In fact, the most important growth phase in your life, and any restricting of calories will effect this. Please do not risk this, as it will have effect you for the rest of your life.
Next, get outdoors and play!!! Have fun!! Get on your bike... Relax and enjoy the sun! Dont worry about anything.....
As far as eating, try to avoid mcdonalds and other fast foods. Assuming you are not allergic to milk, then 1% milk is ideal... Just keep drinking as much as you want as it will not make you fat..
Finally... Keep you head up!!! You are smart and stunningly beautiful, and I can assure you that someone has special plans for you. Please do not believe anyone who tells you different!! :-)

Twenty minutes of high intensity cardio increases your aerobic capacity dramatically, maintains lean muscle mass, boosts your metabolism during and after exercise, and burns more fat calories than 30-45 minutes of low intensity cardio.
Choose an activity that you enjoy but is easy to adjust in intensity level and monitor like, walking, running biking, or any cardio machine such as the stationary bike, cross-trainer, treadmill, stair-master, or versa-climber. Most of these machines have high intensity programs but a lot of times they don’t provide a good enough workout so it’s good to just punch in a manual workout and then adjust your intervals as you go by manually changing the speed and or incline. Or join an aerobics class.
If you want to see Really good results youll have to watch your diet while training.. limit the soda, cheese, breads and pastas. replace them with protein foods such as lean turkey, grilled chicken, fish and egg whites.

Hey, we are both in the same boat, but I am 26 years old. I want to lose weight by June because I'm going on my first vacation in a long time to Vegas. I just found out about this Dance Dance Revolution thing and I'm gonna try it out. Its just a mat that you plug into your tv and you start dancing to lose weight. I'm gonna go buy one tonight. Maybe you should check into it. My nephew has a similar version where it was on gamecube and I loved it. I think it would definitely work out your legs and butt.

I have been losing a lot of weight lately, even a can of green beans with a little cheese for my meals sometimes and I have lost about 25 pounds in the last two months, they may not taste good but it has been worth it.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

First of all you should not have to worry about this yet..you are still very young and still developing...What you can do is easy..just chill on the sweets ( i know they are good and very addicting) Excersice daily...go out for a jog for about 30 minutes a day and you'll see a difference...and don't eat after 7 pm...that really helps alot..
Your still young and shouldnt have to worry about these things...but these should help out alot...

You need to do 40 mins of cardio (running, walking, kickboxing, aerobics), and 20 mins of toning (sit-ups, weights, leg lifts, ect) each day and eat 6 tiny meals per day. Drink nothing but water or flavored water. The weight should fall off quick!
