I guess "herzlich geburtstag" is wrong... it's rather "Herzlichen Geburtstag" but honestly i've never heard anyone saying that. Sounds odd.
You might use "Alles Gute zum Geburtstag" that's very usual and common.
However, do you really want to use dialect?
"Ois gude zuam Gebuasdoch." would - in my opinion - be bavarian dialect, but as far as I'm concered only people in small villages use bavarian that strictly and when I'd say "Ois gude" to someone from a city... they would rather react in a surprised and astonished manner

Edit: You could also use "Herzlichen Glückwünsch (zum Geburtstag)!"

I don't know about different dialects, but Happy Birthday in German is Herzlich Geburtstag!
