Um, yeah, like, you can't just move to the U.S. without first applying for a visa of some sort.

You can apply for a fiance visa, which will allow you to live in the U.S. and begin process for a permanent residency (green card). It will take around 6 months, and there are fees involved, to get the fiance visa, which must be processed while you are outside the country. Once you have the fiance visa, then you can apply for a work visa, which is more fees and time to get, and you can't work until you have a work visa.

First thing id suggest would be an I.Q. test. seriously have you looked at costs such as health care ? Are you young enough that you could wind up getting drafted? Have you seen their pay rates? If your truly in THE LAND OF THE FREE id stay here?

You need to visit the US Consulate before you even contemplate crossing the border.

The best thing for you to do is to contact the embassy or your local consulate and get the authoritative answer for this one.
