Has anyone successfully lost weight while still eating sweets? If so, how often did you have sweets? I love sweets and if I can have a little and still lose weight, I want to know how. Thanks

YES! My daughter lost 40 pounds in a summer, and ate ice cream for breakfast every day! The trick is to eat it early (breakfast is ideal), so that you have all day to burn it off.

If you eat a lot, It is bad!
But eat little, It is not bad at all.
What is bad for diet? " Stress " (*v*)
