Is your question: "Does God love slavery?"
Just because God gave some laws about slaves does not mean He approved of the practice of people being sold as slaves.
He gave the law of "eye for an eye, and tooth for a tooth", not because He likes people punching each other, but to restrain them. Usually man will take excessive revenge when he has been injured. So, "eye for an eye" was a reminder to have JUST PUNISHMENT not excessive punishment.
Look at these verses about slaves:
Ex 21:20 "If a man beats his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies as a direct result, he must be punished,
Lev. 19:20 "‘If a man sleeps with a woman who is a slave girl promised to another man but who has not been ransomed or given her freedom, there must be due punishment.
Deut. 23:15 If a slave has taken refuge with you, do not hand him over to his master.
Deut. 24:7 If a man is caught kidnapping one of his brother Israelites and treats him as a slave or sells him, the kidnapper must die. You must purge the evil from among you.
1Cor. 7:22 For he who was a slave when he was called by the Lord is the Lord’s freedman; similarly, he who was a free man when he was called is Christ’s slave.
Gal. 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
William Wilberforce, and a group of other Christians he associated with, were instrumental in the British Parliament to pass the law about abolishing slavery.
David Livingstone’s letters, books and journals from Africa did stir up public support for the abolition of slavery.
So, it was Christians who opposed slavery and fought for the end of that cruel treatment of human beings. Does that tell you something about the God they represent?
"We know that the law is good if one uses it properly.
We also know that law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for adulterers and perverts, for SLAVE TRADERS and liars and perjurers... 1. Tim.. 1:8-10

Note that in the first two examples given, the people offered to be come the slaves of people who were not Jewish, and not following God's laws about slavery. If they are dumb enough to put themselves in that situation, that is not God's fault. He did not tell them to do that.
Under Jewish law, slavery was limited to seven years. Also, a person had to sell HIMSELF into slavery, they were not captured in Africa and brought to Israel as slaves. It was voluntary. A person doing so received the payment of all their debts at thebeginning of their time of service. During that time the person have to be feed, clothed, cared for, etc. by the master - to the point where is there was only food for one, the slave got it. When there time was up, they received WAGES for the time they had served. If the slave was female, and the master (or his son) fell in love with her, she had to be set free, paid, married, and given all the rights of the "first wife" before she could be slept with.
At lot different from what most people think of when they speak of slavery. Today, it would be such as person would be known as a "bond-servant".

When Christ died on the cross, the Old Law was abolished and replaced with His teachings, or the Gospel. The curtain in the temple ripped in two, to signify man was no longer separated from God, and this rid us of all Old Testament practices (For Jews, however, Christ was a fraud, so this would mean nothing to them.) However, in the NT, slaves were commanded to love their masters and serve with all their hearts... But yes, God loves slaves. In a sense, we are all slaves to something or someone in this world...

The idea of God, at that time, was that the other people were not as important to God, or anyone, as they, the people themselves of the tribe, were important to God.
Come to think of it, the folks that are not American can't be trusted or held in equal regard today!
Funny how that works! It is always my people who are good, and someone Else's people who are bad?

back then, slaves were not just bought and sold....Do your research, they werent mistreated as much as blacks in American history....many times men and women sold THEMSELVES into slavery to repay debts or simply for a better life. Slaves did not even have it that bad. They had to do the masters beckoning, sure, but, they weren't beat to a pulp for talking....They many times had great respect for their masters b/c many times the servant owed money to the master and to pay it off they offered themselves.
